“Last year I created specials each month. Sometimes this was tricky because of time and if a customer asked for future specials. At the end of last year, I created this flyer (idea originally shared by my director) with specials for the whole year! I love it! I have a plan and my customers are in the know. I promote it on my FB business page and monthly emails and put a copy in orders the first time a customer orders this year.
