Customer Service: Order Delay

When a customer has to wait longer than usual before getting their order due to a busy time of the month for the company or other delays, I slip one of these in their thank you cards. I always keep the customers up to date about what’s happening with their order or why there’s a delay, but an extra touch in their thank you card (that I include with the order) is always appreciated.
